I thought I'd use this time to group all the links for the various articles and reviews I have had published on the Gilded Serpent website. Thanks to Lynette Harris for wanting to use my mumblings. I was quite a prolific writer for GS at one point but now I have basically stopped writing reviews, taking photos, etc about dance. Although I still take workshops and go to Cairo to see shows, I am doing more non-dance related activities since retirement.

September 2004, Mona el Said came to Dallas!!
I did lots of photos and write-up/review of Mona el Said workshops and shows in Dallas. This was a fun event. I learned a lot from Mona and seeing her live was such a treat. If you don't know Mona el Said then you should check out some of the older videos on YouTube. I found her so inspirational. I posted some photos on this blog at the time of the event but need to revisit those posts. There are good photos in the articles.
