it was 2 hours of bliss . . . first a good massage that concentrated on my back, shoulders and neck. THEN I got the deluxe foot reflexology which included a really nice hand/arm massage. Some of it was a repeat of the first massage but I can't never get enough work done on my feet and hands . . . or my back/neck. I wish I could get one massage a week. In fact, this place that I went to (which I found with a Groupon) actually has a deal when you buy a regular priced massage . . . you can get followups in that month for $49!!! When I first went to them, I had bought the special for the deluxe foot spa with the groupon offer for $39. After I finished it up, they told me about an offer for gift certificates to support the cure activities the next weekend. Sucker that I am, I bought 1 each for the massage and the deluxe foot spa ($49 ea) . . . those are what I used yesterday. After I finished yesterday, they had a Black Friday offer of $39, so I got another one for a massage. I think they are always offering some sort of deal but I was thinking about trying a foot place closer to my house . . . now that I have something for comparison. The foot spa treatments aren't a pedicure . . . they are really more than that . . . but I still need to do pedicures . . . darn, that practically doubles my foot-maintenance!!! But my feet are worth it, right???
