Living in Dallas with my cats and a few other distractions like crochet, jewelry, dye work and baking. I retired from my long time job at HP at the end of May 2015. Still trying to redefine my life in retirement but all those hobbies plus some travel helps.

My 7th Postcross postcard (received from France) and I had to do a bit of translating from French! I know that I put French as one of my languages . . . because I did study it. It is good practise for me to read French after so many years. The little things are easy . . . and it isn't that many words since there isn't much space on a postcard. But darned if someone doesn't just use a word or expression that I have no idea what it means! Now where did I put my Petit LaRousse. That's a french-english dictionary I've been lugging around since my Uni days!
