This is another recipe that has been on my baking to-do list for quite awhile. I might need to find some other recipes that use halloumi instead of frying it. This wasn't too bad even if I did overbake so it was a bit dry.
I used creamy feta instead of the easy to crumble kind. I like the creamy kind for salads as it mixes with the dressing and tastes so good with tomatoes and olives.
There is a paywall for the site with the recipe so print it off as soon as possible . . .
Recipe makes a dozen. I used and ice cream/cookie scooper and I needed to do it twice to get a decent size.
